Holistic Hearts is a non-invasive healing center, where a holistic approach is used. Diagnoses will not be made here, due to this not being a medical center with Licensed Physicians. Any suggestion made should not be taken as diagnosis or recommendation against the advice of a Licensed Physician or any mental health professional. No service provided by Holistic Hearts will be a substitute for any treatments or medications.
All sales are final. Holistic Hearts has a no return/refund policy. Any missed appointment, no shows, or cancellation payments will be put as a donation and will receive healing energy at the end of the day. If an appointment is rescheduled more than twice this may apply, or if a reschedule violates the rescheduling policy. Any decisions made to return/refund terms will only be by the Holistic Practitioner.
All event tickets are final. Once purchased there will be no refund. If there is a 48-hour notice there may be a credit to Holistic Hearts. Any no-shows will not be refunded.
When purchasing a ticket you must read the event description (our terms & conditions) that explains all the details from what you may need to bring and if the event is right for you. By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to have read and understood this information.
A waiver will be signed before each session. Our goal is to provide a safe and healthy atmosphere for healing.
Anyone with severe depression or any type of psychosis should not participate in Hypno-Reiki. Anyone who has any disorders related to the mental mind or is second-guessing themselves with hypnosis should consult their physician and have a written note to provide before a session. We are not liable. When you purchase a ticket you are consenting.
If anyone shows up to a session that we feel may be unstable or not a candidate for Hypno-Reiki, you will be refunded.
